Learn how to make a delicious pan-gluten-free banana cake, quick and easy.
Ingredients:
🍌½ cup of demerara sugar
🍌2 bananas
🍌2 with cranberry soup (optional)
🍌2 eggs
🍌2 tablespoon of butter
🍌¾ of xíc of gluten-free flour mix
🍌2 col almond flour soup
🍌1 powdered cinnamon coffee powder
🍌3 drops of vanilla
🍌1 col of baking powder
How to prepare the gluten-free pan frying banana cake
- 🍌 Spades as bananas.
- 🍌In a skillet, put ¼ cup of sugar and let it melt until it forms a syrup.
- 🍌Add the chopped bananas, the cranberry and mix well and cook.
- 🍌Meanwhile, in a mixer, put the eggs and the rest of the sugar. hit well.
- 🍌Add the melted butter, mix gluten-free flour and almond flour and mix well. Then, add the powdered cinnamon, the vanilla and baking powder.
- 🍌Mix well and pour the batter over the fruits that are in the pan. Cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes over very low heat.
- 🍌Remove from fire, turn the cake on a plate and serve immediately
The texture is very good, it looks like a cake made in the oven, but much faster to do.
To end, I had a fresh coffee to accompany the cake and I was delighted. I preferred to use the cranberry because I hate raisins, but the original recipe is with the grape.
