The ratio of lactose with the sore throat

Hoje quero dar ênfase a intolerância a lactose. Parece ser pouca coisa e a maioria das pessoas não dão bola quando descobrem que são intolerantes. Se você é um desses, pode parar por aqui!!! I know it's no deadly disease, mas por experiência própria eu digo, muitos problemas de saúde que sofremos no dia-a-dia e não damos bola, They may have been caused by lactose.

What is lactose intolerance

Lactose intolerance occurs due to the absence or insufficiency of enzima lactase digesting this sugar present in milk and milk products. It may be due to primary causes (as heredity) or secondary (intestinal cell lesions).

Symptoms typically include abdominal pain, gas and diarrhea and happen soon after the patient ingest dairy products. The diagnosis is made by observation of symptoms after drinking milk or derivatives or tests such as breath hydrogen test, endoscopy, stool tests, among others.

Excessive water loss from diarrhea is one of the complications. A low intake of calcium and bone protein may result in problems. Treatment is usually done with modification of diet, replacing dairy products with other foods high in calcium, proteins and minerals. The doctor may also indicate taking lactase, enzima que digere a lactose.

Now comes the problems. Last week I woke up with a slight sore throat. Sneezed prescribe a little something and was jaja believer that the pain would go and look what happened: I woke up the next day barely able to swallow so inflamed that was my throat. The feeling I had is that the language of the bottom was touching the neck. People, It had been years since I felt something!!! Ultimately, I went to the doctor and after examining me, came the scolding. In my history I was already written that I am lactose intolerant and as a doctor is a doctor(It seems to mother) already knew the guy that I do not take care of my intolerance (turns and moves'm bumping into each filled with milk cakes)

The diagnosis was:

Sore throat caused by sinusitis. Now I wonder: ever in my life I ever had sinusitis? NO!!!!! I do not even know what this is!!!! Continuing… sinusitis caused by lactose intolerance. Sore throat and put down the nasal area to the throat, facilitating inflammation and accumulation of phlegm.

Treatment:

  1. Stop ingesting products with lactose;
  2. take antibiotic for 7 days;
  3. take medicine for sinus during 6 days;
  4. sneezing remedy the nose twice daily for 6 days;
  5. go to a general practitioner for treatment of intestinal flora;
  6. back in the doctor's throat to see how it's going the recovery process;

So, clog remedies me all week, I lost a day's work, I had to stop eating products with night lactose for the day and all this because they took care of me when I was diagnosed with intolerance.
