these are the 8 gluten-free beers I've known or tried. I know there are other brands, but I limited myself to showing the ones that I can say something about.
Stella Artois
Well, this one comes at the top of the list as it's the best gluten-free beer I've ever had.. Even my family members take it together, even once they took it without meaning to, thinking it was normal Stella and they didn't even notice the difference!!
Lake Side
this is my second favorite, I only took it when there was no gluten-free Stella and I still take it when I find it in some markets for a good price. Compared to Stella, this one gets a little more watery, but it's still pretty hot.
Wien beer 55
This gluten free beer is the easiest to find here in my city (SJC/SP). Meeting in markets like the extra, neighborhood markets, wholesale, while the others are harder to find. It's not my favorite because I think it's a bit strong, very bitter. But for beer lovers, possibly this is one of the favorites.
remembering that:
The gluten free beer It contains gluten, it is not possible to withdraw 100% in manufacturing, therefore companies must follow the legislation of having a maximum of 20ppm (parts per million) per unit. If you are intolerant or severely celiac, maybe it makes you sick to consume the gluten free beers. Consult your doctor or nutritionist for the correct indication..
Beer Circle
This beer is craft, specially made in Minas Gerais. Here in the interior of SP I never found, but traveling through Monte Verde, I found it in a bar and I just loved it! It's a light beer, with a refreshing flavor. If you had it around here, for sure i would always buy.
rags
this little beer, I find it at OBA here in São José and at Sitio Verde. They are more exclusive and nature markets. Sincerely, bought 1 a 2 sometimes just because I didn't like it very much, but like is like, So here's another gluten-free beer option.
Tivva
Who is used to gluten-free products, You must already know this brand and its noodles well.. I just saw this beer 1 time to sell and I liked it a lot. It was affordable, and I would say it's the Skol or Brahma of the gluten free generation. Too bad I never saw it for sale.
Daura
Daura was the first gluten free beer I drank after discovering celiac disease. It's been so many years that I don't remember the exact details of the taste and at the time I wasn't really into beer, I took more because it was gluten free.
This last gluten free beer I haven't tried but I've seen it and it's on my list
Russian roulette
Russian Roulette is a gluten-free and alcohol-free beer. I've never tried it but I know there's something to sell here in my city.
8 gluten free beers: know what kind of food to accompany
- Savory food is the best choice
- Bar-style snacks: Crackling, French fries, polenta, fried chicken
- Xbacon hamburger with a nice salad cheddar
- mexican food then, not a wall, the pepper calls for a soft drink and the gas and bitterness of the beer will complete this combination!
