Cri peanut cri – gluten and lactose

Want to learn a sweet and easy recipe to make at any time pros friends? Check this Cri peanut cri!!! It is a more known recipe and used in southern Brazil, either as an aperitif or dessert. INGREDIENTES:

  • 1/2kg peanut in shell;
  • 01 cup sugar;
  • 1/2 glass of water;
  • A canister that can microwaveable (ex.: glass)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Place the peanuts, sugar and water into the bowl and stir well until sugar is dissolved in water;
  2. Bake in microwave for 9 minutes;
  3. Stir well and bit and return to the microwave for more 9 minutes;
  4. (Beware the hot plate!!!) Remove the bowl carefully and quickly stir well until the peanuts from separating from each other and sugar stick around each. It will stand as a “crumbs” peanut.
  5. Let cool (or not) and serve for the guys!
