This oatmeal bread (gluten free) It's extremely easy to make and doesn't take complicated ingredients..
The result is a very nutritious bread that provides satiety and good fibers for the functioning of our body., mainly from the intestine. Even if you have trouble going to the bathroom, this bread can be a great request. Combined with a good water intake, intestinal functioning can improve significantly.
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cup of gluten-free oat flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup of plant-based milk or other milk of your choice (I used the rice one that I teach you how to make in this video on here.)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt tea
- 1/2 teaspoon of psyllium
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- More plant-based milk if needed to get the dough right
How to prepare fit oat bread (gluten free)
- Mix the dry ingredients and then add the liquids;
- Beat in a mixer;
- Add the plant-based milk little by little and adjust the dough with more milk if necessary.;
- The dough should not be hard or too liquid.;
- Transfer the dough to a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes or until dry on toothpick test.

The day after I made the recipe the bread was a little hard so I recommend putting it in the microwave for a few minutes. 30 seconds before eating in the next few days or you can freeze and then defrost in the microwave or toaster.
