gluten-free cheese bread with just 3 ingredients

For us celiacs, any type of mass that can replace the gluten-free bread expensive than we are accustomed to find in the markets, is profit. Cheese bread can replace fine bread, to eat with ham and cheese or cottage cheese.

Although most package cheese breads are naturally gluten-free, what better than making your own? Taffy and miners like and it only takes 3 ingredients that are super easy to find in any market.


Ingredients:

  • 01 cup of sour cassava starch
  • 01 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 01 sour cream can
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients and mix well. It will probably be a little hard to move because the mass tends to get very dry, so if you want, can mess with your hands.
  2. If the dough does not get very dry and consistent, add more flour. Usually another half cup or less, often serve.
  3. Make balls with the dough. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, rub a little oil or butter hands.
  4. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees and leave for 30 minute or until golden brown.

Note: When I tested the recipe, I put a teaspoon of salt, because I thought the Parmesan cheese would realize salt dough, but I was wrong and the cheese bread was half unsalted. I recommend putting more salt than that 😀
