Method of preparation
- Mix all the ingredients, if you need help with your hands.
- When the mass is homogeneous, make a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- When removing from the refrigerator, make small balls with the dough and open it by hand or on the bench with the help of a rolling pin.
- Cut into a round shape and fill to taste. Fry in hot oil or in an air fryer. If you want, you can put yolk over it to get golden.

The first time I made this recipe I was really impressed, because the dough is smooth and very easy to handle. on account of the cream, gives a feeling that it won't be like pastel, but when it's fried, it's just right, maybe with a smoother surface than a normal pastel but with very good taste and texture.
I've never tried making this recipe with cream vegan milk (soy-based) but I believe it should be good too.
To shape the edge of the pastel I used a fork. If you saw the video, you'll notice that the first bite I made, the dough has stuck so it's better if you rest the fork on the dough and pull it horizontally than trying to lift the fork.
