Gluten-free, lactose-free pizza with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese
Method of preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients. If you prefer, leave the yeast for last
- let the dough rest for 20 minutes
- Spread the dough in a greased pan
- Then, bake by 10 minutes or until it is dry to the touch
- Remove from the oven and place the filling that you like
- Return to the oven until the cheese melts or the filling browns.
The dough makes for a large, thick pizza or a thin one and a half. I preferred to make it thinner, so it yielded a big and a little sprout.

This gluten-free and lactose-free pizza dough recipe sure made my quarantine happier!
Important Tips: The dough will be very gooey and difficult to handle. Too soft to handle by hand and too sticky to stir with a spoon, so what I recommend is to use a spoon or spatula greased with oil so that it doesn't stick.
