Waffle gluten and lactose

Waffle ready in 5 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 rice flour xíc
  • 1 xíc sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Milk xíc (with or without lactose)
  • 1/2 col yeast soup
  • Butter for greasing

Method of preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. The liquid mixture will not be too hard nor. The right point is a liquid paste.
  2. Grease the waffle maker with butter, connect it to the temperature you prefer and expect heat.
  3. Pour batter into the machine, preferably with not too large shell.
  4. Be careful not to put too much mass to not overflow.
  5. When getting ready, Serve with chopped fruit and syrup or other dishes you prefer.

This recipe was taken from the Ursula Andress channel. The recipe worked first and the texture and taste were great. But next time I will try to make less sugar because the dough was too sweet. The sweet dough + the syrup was super boring. Maybe the recipe should be balanced with less sugar and a little salt. Anyway.. nothing a butter with the syrup does not resolve. Worth testing the recipe!
