If there's one thing I love, it's making a recipe that is easy and practical, that looks good. This gluten-free loaf is just like that, simple ingredients, without much blah blah blah.
And on top of that it's a blender recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 glass of oil
- 1 cup of plain yogurt (I used this one from Nestle)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt tea
- 1 is 1/2 rice flour cup
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Method of preparation
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, minus the yeast and beat until smooth.
- Add the yeast and mix well.
- Place the dough in a loaf pan that has been greased and sprinkled with rice flour..
- Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
- If you have problems with lactose, use lactose-free or soy yogurt.
I had no trouble making this recipe., it was all flowers!!! I got it right the first time and everyone in the house liked it. Two days later there was no more, and to clarify just i am celiac.
I made a cup of coffee in the afternoon to accompany the gluten-free bread and used cottage cheese to pass
On top I put sesame and golden linseed to decorate, but it's optional, if you're not at home, no problem. It really is a recipe that works and is worth trying..
Ideas for what to do with gluten-free bread
In addition to eating only bread, obviously, There are some things I love to do with loaf of bread.:
- Brusqueta (toasted sliced bread, seasoned with salt, olive oil and oregano, chopped tomato and parmesan cheese on top)
- Cold pie (cut the bread horizontally into several slices and fill with canoura, pea, mashed potato, etc)
- sandwich in the frying pan (bread toasted in butter stuffed with ham and cheese)
are simple shapes, but creative to consume the bread, because for some people a bread like that ends up spoiling because the person doesn't eat everything quickly.
