How about learning a recipe gluten-free and lactose-free cinnamon bun?
There is nothing better than a sweet recipe to accompany the afternoon coffee! For those who don't know I'm addicted to black coffee and it hurts my heart not to be able to eat something sweet every time I drink a cup (rolling out of quarantine is not my goal).
But sometimes I allow myself! It's not every day and even when I make a big recipe, I always freeze to have sweets in PMS emergencies and not to risk eating all at once (if it doesn't freeze, will happen!)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 Cup of sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 2 cups gluten-free flour mix
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt tea
- 1 cup water
Coverage
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Method of preparation
Mix the oil, the sugar, the whipped whites and the other ingredients alternating between flour and water. Stir slowly. In a separate bowl mix the topping ingredients and stir well. Grease a pan and pour some of the dough. Sprinkle topping and another layer of dough. Finish with more coverage. Bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes or until the toothpick is dry, when taking the test.
I used the flour mix from Beladri, which at the moment is the cheapest I have found.
