Ingredients:
đÂœ cup of demerara sugar
đ2 bananas
đ2 with cranberry soup (optional)
đ2 eggs
đ2 tablespoon of butter
đŸ of xĂc of gluten-free flour mix
đ2 col almond flour soup
đ1 powdered cinnamon coffee powder
đ3 drops of vanilla
đ1 col of baking powder
How to prepare the gluten-free pan frying banana cake
- đ Spades as bananas.
- đIn a skillet, put ÂŒ cup of sugar and let it melt until it forms a syrup.
- đAdd the chopped bananas, the cranberry and mix well and cook.
- đMeanwhile, in a mixer, put the eggs and the rest of the sugar. hit well.
- đAdd the melted butter, mix gluten-free flour and almond flour and mix well. Then, add the powdered cinnamon, the vanilla and baking powder.
- đMix well and pour the batter over the fruits that are in the pan. Cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes over very low heat.
- đRemove from fire, turn the cake on a plate and serve immediately
The texture is very good, it looks like a cake made in the oven, but much faster to do.
To end, I had a fresh coffee to accompany the cake and I was delighted. I preferred to use the cranberry because I hate raisins, but the original recipe is with the grape.
